Young National Assembly deputies visit Australia |

Sidney (VNA) –Six members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee (HCMCYU CC), including three National Assembly deputies, have arrived in
Australia for a working visit.
The delegation, headed by HCMCYU CC first Secretary Vo Van Thuong, will meet with politicians and young members of parliament in
New South Wales and
Victoria
States .
During the visit, made at the invitation of the Australian Political Exchange Council (APEC), the delegation will to pay courtesy visits to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate, and attend an interpellation session of the Parliament.

PM hails flourishing Vietnam-Australia relations |

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam-Australia cooperation continued to blossom in various fields, especially bringing about a sharp increase in trade, investment and official development assistance (ODA).
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung made the remark while receiving former Australian PM Paul Keating in
Hanoi on August 27.
Australia is now among
Vietnam ’s 10 biggest trade partners, and it has 174 direct investment projects worth over 1 billion USD in total in the country. |
